Opened in 2007, the National Self Build and Renovation Centre (NSBRC) based in Swindon is the UK’s only permanent self build and renovation exhibition venue which offers impartial advice and support for our visitors as well as giving them easy access to the services and products supplied by our exhibitors.
Visitors can walk through three permanent houses, view cut-away foundations, floors, roofs, septic tanks and much, much, more. See the latest products to complete your home or renovation project including bricks, timber frames, foundations, lighting, sound systems, kitchens and flooring - there are over 240 suppliers in the Trade Village.
In addition to being open 6 days a week, we have a full calendar of shows, events and courses covering a wide range of topics and themes featuring experts, product demonstrations, and seminars.
By exhibiting at the Centre you are becoming a partner and along side other partners who are from a wide range of selected industry manufacturers and suppliers, we will provide your business with qualified and highly targeted consumer enquiries.
Why exhibit with us...
We have a footfall of over 20,000 visitors every year, with around two thirds arriving with a live project! All visitors fill in a questionnaire that summarises the project that they are working on, the budget they have to spend and their contact details. Visitors are then issued a ‘FLIC’ scanner which they use to scan barcodes set up on the Partners exhibition stands. This information is then sent directly to partners to add to their CRM system or databases allowing direct contact.
