A series of events and activities are taking place across the UK to raise awareness of employee ownership as an economically strong and balanced business model and one which is responsible for increasing staff productivity, fostering creativity and innovation, and improving employee health and wellbeing.

Harvey Fremlin, Managing Director of NSBRC, says:  “The NSBRC has been run as an employee-owned business since 2014.  We have seen huge benefits in being employee-owned and want to share our thoughts, as well as provide useful and relevant business updates, with our exhibiting partners and local businesses”.

The event is free for all NSBRC Partners and Wiltshire business owners & leaders to attend and following networking over a continental breakfast the morning kicks off at 9:30am with a series of business updates and masterclasses exploring employee-ownership, marketing and sales.

After lunch guest speaker Piers Taylor (BBC 2’s ‘The house that £100k built’) will be talking, followed by a fun ‘afternoon at the races’ event in support of Swindon homeless charity ‘Threshold’ before the day draws to a close at 3:30pm.
