What time are you open to/from?
The Centre is open 6 days a week (closed every Monday). From Tuesday to Saturday, our opening hours are 10:00 – 17:30. Our Sunday opening hours are 10:00 - 16:30.

Is there parking on site?
Yes, free parking is available at both the front and rear of the Centre. 

We now also have six free electric car charging points available at the front of the Centre. Please ask at reception if you would like to use one of these charging points. 

Is there disabled parking?
Yes, disabled parking is available to the front of the Centre.

What are the scanners used for?
Visitors are issued with scanners to allow them to request further information on the products and services on offer on our exhibition stands.

If we give you our details what will they be used for?
The details you provide us on registration will only be sent to companies that you’ve specifically requested more information from with the use of your allocated scanner.

How do I talk to someone about mortgages/site insurance?
Our founding partner BuildStore have a permanent presence at the Centre and will be on hand to answer all of your questions

Is there a Coffee Shop here?
Yes, we have an on-site Coffee Shop serving hot and cold drinks. The Coffee Shop is open from 10am – 3pm Tuesday to Sunday.

Are wheelchairs available in the Centre?
We have a wheelchair on site which is free to use.

Does the Centre have WiFi?
Yes. FREE WiFi is available throughout the Centre.

How much does it cost to visit the Centre?
It is completely FREE to visit the Centre. We only charge for Course places and non-pre-booked tickets for our shows.

Are dogs allowed into the Centre?
Only guide/sensory dogs are allowed into the Centre.
