Our latest thirty second radio advert invites you to discover the NSBRC and find out how we can help people create their perfect home. The advert’s script is based on our recent animated TV commercial, and is on air throughout February and March 2025.

We chose Times Radio as our preferred station as we know listeners are well informed and keen to know the latest on relevant topics such as housing supply, economic conditions and environmental issues.

The programme followed the nine-month renovation of a semi-detached house in Stretford, with the aim of reducing heating demand to an absolute minimum. The result was a full transformation to Passivhaus retrofit standards, with Guy Martin involved in each stage of the build.
