The National Self Build & Renovation Centre (NSBRC), has reached a notable milestone. In 2024 we are celebrating ten years of employee ownership, with our new company (The Homebuilding Centre Ltd) having been formed back in 2014 to operate the much-loved venue, which is dedicated to offering independent homebuilding advice & support.
Our Trade Village is home to over 200 permanent exhibitors, chosen for their respected, relevant offerings and their knowledge of the self build and renovation community.

In our brand-new course, we take a deep-dive into the planning system, explain how you can best prepare a successful application, be aware of common mistakes and avoid costly pit-falls. The session will be full of real-life studies and examples curated over many years in Practice.
