Fleming Homes: Developer & Manufacturer join forces for unique Lake District residential development
Hugr Homes and NSBRC exhibitor Fleming Homes have joined forces on a specialist custom build site in the Lake District, which will give more choice to homeowners looking for efficient and sustainable homes tailored to their needs.
Hugr Homes, which is based in the North-West of England, and its private equity partner FNS, are behind Wellbank, a 50-plot development on the edge of Bootle village, West Cumbria, which enjoys views of the Western fells and is just 10 minutes from the Cumbrian coast.
Partnering with Fleming Homes, specialists in the design and manufacture of bespoke, timber frame homes, the team will work with buyers who want to create homes to their design and specification in this beautiful part of the Lake District National Park.
Brett Martin: Lisburn Home Gets a Splash of Chartwell Green.
During the refurbishment of this quaint Georgian style home in Lisburn, Co Antrim the owners were keen to retain heritage features. When it came to replacing the gutter system they wanted it to complement the look and style of the semi-detached bungalow. It also needed to blend in with the colour chosen for the new front door.
Brett Martin’s Cascade cast iron style rainwater system, in the popular chartwell green colour option, was the perfect solution and met all the aesthetic requirements.
