Team NSBRC celebrates annual Employee Ownership day in Bath

Each year Team NSBRC take a day to celebrate Employee Ownership, and the incredible journey this model has taken our business on since we adopted the structure back in 2014. Friday 23rd June marked the official 11th annual EO Day, which celebrates and aims to raise awareness of the benefits that can come from employee ownership.

This year the team wanted to participate in an activity that was fun and allowed colleagues to spend time with team-mates they might not work with every day. We spent the day off-site in Bath, completing an ‘outdoors escape room’ activity kindly arranged by Amanda – solving puzzles and cryptic challenges while seeing the sites of Bath (designated a World Heritage Site) - followed by an enjoyable team lunch.

In 2024 we will be celebrating ten years of employee ownership and will be announcing some exciting plans around this later this year.
