We provide two routes when designing new build homes for clients, BluPrint Homes and Bespoke Homes. With our BluPrints Homes we have taken out the unknowns many self-builders face, creating a package for each of our designs which include planning drawings, construction drawings, timber frame design, a whole house energy solution including Under floor heating and MVHR, SAP Calculations & energy report and Quantity surveyor cost plan.
