English Brothers provided a full architectural and structural package, including the manufacture, delivery, and installation of a bespoke timber frame, made to suit their exact plans.
The timber frame played a key role in keeping the project on track.
Once the foundations were complete, the frame was erected in just three weeks, creating a solid, weather-tight shell ready for the next stages of the build.
From start to finish, the entire home was completed in just 10 months. The fixed-cost nature of the timber frame package also gave the clients confidence in their budget, helping them stay in control throughout the process.
