b) a negative PCR or Lateral Flow Test result**, which can be taken at home or at a recognised centre free of charge, within 48 hours of attending the event.
c) proof that you are exempt from vaccination (or vaccination and testing) on the basis of a medical exemption or clinical trial participation
We will accept various forms of proof when checking your status. Your data will not be required nor stored by us, and proof can simply be shown to a member of our team on arrival.
*For vaccinations this includes:
- the NHS COVID Pass (We recommend that you take a photo of your valid QR code, or bring a print out, as a poor smart-phone connection may result in you being unable to load the App).

- a letter from a GP showing details of vaccines administered
Please note: The NHS COVID Pass no longer gives details of natural immunity for entering certain venues and events. Proof of natural immunity cannot be accepted as an alternative to proof of vaccination or a recent test.
**For the PCR/ LFT test result, this includes:
- an email or text confirming your result
- a record of the result shown via the NHS app
Remember your face covering
In line with current government guidance in England, you must wear a face covering at large venues and events so please ensure you bring yours with you to the show and wear it at all times unless you are exempt.
Check your symptoms before travelling
We ask that anyone who is displaying symptoms of Covid-19, has been asked to self-isolate or lives with someone who has Covid-19 symptoms DOES NOT attend the show at any time.
Visitors to The National Self Build and Renovation Centre (NSBRC) can freely walk around our huge (67,000ft2) Visitor Centre, viewing products first-hand, requesting contact from our exhibitor’s displays and speaking to our experts at our Helpdesk. Due to the space and ventilation the building provides, and our respect of the latest guidance, we are confident you will enjoy a safe and relaxing visit. The measures outlined above are effective immediately until further notice and are taken to help safeguard our visitors, exhibitors and team of employee-owners during the COVID-19 pandemic.
