The award was presented in front of the team during our recent Employee Ownership (EO) Day celebrations. The day featured an exhilarating e-karting Grand Prix in Reading, with plenty of laughs, and the opportunity to spend quality time together away from our usual day-to-day roles.

In this blog, I will be asking five of The NSBRC’s team members various questions about their careers and the rewards they get from them, their journey to get to where they are now, the advice they would give to younger individuals and what they would be doing if they weren’t working in the job titles they have now.
