What is green in GreenCoat®?
GreenCoat® products feature a Bio-based Technology (BT) coating where a substantial portion of the traditional fossil oil is replaced by Swedish rapeseed oil. As opposed to conventional coating formulas, the bio-based solvent becomes a permanent part of the final coating, making for a healthier environment and reducing the release of harmful substances into the air. The unique BT coating holds a worldwide patent and offers not only environmental advantages, but also increased performance.
