We are passionate about delivering sustainable, quality housing at a fair cost. The Passivhaus standard, with its fabric first approach, offers a methodology to build new houses which require very low energy usage. We must learn to live well without pouring out increasing amounts of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere.
Everyone deserves a good home which is affordable, healthy and light on the planet, that’s why we have developed PH15 to meet the Passivhaus methodology, and also to reflect a firm belief in using natural, renewable materials where possible, materials that can then be recycled at end of life.
The PH15 System is a timber framed construction solution, designed to simplify all the technical aspects of building up to the Passivhaus energy efficiency standard.
PH15 is the only complete Passivhaus construction solution comprising a fully insulated weather tight shell + triple-glazed windows/doors + heat recovery ventilation system.
In the UK we continue to construct our new houses with minimum insulation, lots of thermal bridges and air leakiness. The result is houses that are expensive to heat, suffer from condensation and have poor internal air quality. The PH15 System is an alternative construction method that addresses these problems.
