Prefab Homes Ltd is an Oxfordshire-based company specialising in the design and manufacture of modern prefabricated houses built with structural insulated panels (SIPs). Our mission is to provide sustainable, energy-efficient and durable homes that are ready to move into within weeks, not months.

Manufacture is carried out in our workshop under strict quality control, which means houses arrive on site ready for rapid installation. On-site assembly takes only 2–3 weeks, allowing homeowners to move in quickly and without disruption. This streamlined process eliminates unnecessary delays and provides confidence in delivery timescales.
Our range includes both compact solutions and larger bespoke designs. Models such as the Nordy-35 and Nordy-65 are available for immediate delivery through our Ready-to-Deliver Homes programme, while larger houses such as the Nordy-80 and Skandy-120 can be tailored to suit specific plots, lifestyles and budgets.
