Techno Metal Post designs and manufactures its own piles. The installation robots are compact, lightweight and remotely controlled, which means they can be installed discreetly, without massive concreting and without disturbing the subsoil, while respecting the ecosystem. Techno Metal Posts are reversible : they can be unscrewed at any time, leaving the ground as it was before the work was carried out.

With over 30 years' experience in screw pile foundations, Techno Metal Post meets the requirements imposed by the nature of the soil and the type of project. Our R&D department is constantly researching ways of adapting our technology, products and installation machines to the constraints of the soil. Climatic phenomena, structural changes in the soil and ground movements over the last few decades have forced us to adapt our foundation systems.
A Techno Metal Post consists of a metal shaft, a helix at the bottom and a plate at the top. The helix has a dual function : to allow the pile to be screwed in and to ensure its load-bearing capacity. It is the element that distributes all the loads from the structure to the supporting soil. Depending on how compact the soil is, we can vary the diameter of the helix.
Techno Metal Post not only offers many advantages over conventional foundation systems, it is also an ecologically responsible alternative when faced with difficult soil conditions, avoiding the need to inject tonnes of concrete into the ground.
What's more, our process requires no excavation - it's quick and easy, and offers economies of scale. The installation robots are compact, lightweight and, above all, remotely controlled, so they can be used discreetly, without disturbing the subsoil, while respecting the ecosystem. Reversibility is an advantage, because the technopiles can be unscrewed at any time, leaving the ground as it was before the intervention.
