Discover Potton’s Build Only Package
Send your architectural drawings to Potton and get a quote for your timber frame or SIPs self build. How does it work?
Upload your drawings via the Potton website and a self build expert will discuss your options, and get back to you with a FREE quote. They’ll help review your package and details of your quote, and if needed provide a quote comparison to make sure you're comparing similar products and essential items required for your build.
Once the order is placed they’ll produce the technical information required for the Building Regulations submission and when approved your home is manufactured, delivered to site, and assembled by a team of STA approved erectors.
You can find Potton's Ruskin Show Home at the Centre in the Piazza.

Retrofit: Getting it right the first time with Bradfords
At Bradfords we’ve been working hard to understand ‘domestic retrofit’ – improving a home’s energy efficiency – to ensure that we can support retrofit projects.
Crucial to getting retrofit right is about starting right - and that means a proper condition survey and PAS 2035 retrofit assessment. Every existing home is different, so that assessment is key to identify the unique solution a home will need. We’ve teamed up with a South-West based retrofit assessment company to provide exactly that, which we follow up with recommendations and support for the materials needed for the work recommended.
You can find Bradfords in the Self Build Educational Zone at the Centre.
Hear from the people behind the ‘best self build home 2023’ with Frame Technologies
Award-winning Frame Technologies will be joined by client Suzanne and her brother, John, at the NSBRC's May 'Festival of Sustainable Homes', bringing a live case study to the event.
Suzanne is the proud owner of The Cedar House, which was crowned ‘best self build home’ at 2023’s Build It Awards.
Hear how Frame Technologies helped the project meet its sustainability goals. This spectacular home has low emissions and minimal heating costs, while its 14,000 hand-nailed cedar shingles complete the home’s dynamic look and sequester carbon from the atmosphere.
MD Simon Orrells will be presenting at the upcoming 'Festival of Sustainable Homes' on Saturday 18th May (14:00-14:55)
You can find Frame Technologies at Stand 103 & in the Professional Services Hub.
SA Energy: Making solar Beautiful
With solar photovoltaics being the obvious choice for energy cost control, its often a challenge to find the right location for those panels. Working them into the aesthetic of the building and site in general is often challenging.
On this project, SA Energy chose these excellent sleek looking solar panels with a clip free design. Integrated fully into the zinc roof, usually an expensive option, these panels are blended seamlessly with the roof and enhance the overall appeal of the project.
Get in touch to discuss our range of custom integration solutions.
You can find SA Energy at Stand 57 in the Trade Village.
