We are thrilled to be able to share our brand new TV commercial!

In the 30 second, animated, advert we follow a couple’s self-build journey, from discovering the NSBRC and our range of services, to seeing their dream home being completed. We love the playful nature of the advert, and every time you view it you spot a different detail such as the EV charging point, our educational areas and even the birds tweeting as they fly past!

We believe it highlights the wide offering available at our unique centre, in a fun and memorable way, and we hope you’ll love it as much as we do. The advert will air on various Sky channels from Friday 15th September and will run until the end of October.

NSBRC Aspirations & Motivations Survey 2026

Each year The National Self Build & Renovation Centre produces a survey in partnership with the National Custom & Self Build Association (NaCSBA).

The 2026 survey marks our sixth edition and was completed by 415 people. This data provides a detailed view of those planning, undertaking, or having recently completed substantial homebuilding projects.
