Scandia Hus: Case Study - Contemporary Vision
When Tina and Neil found a plot in West Sussex, they knew it was right for their self build project – rural, but not isolated, and within commutable distance to London.
The couple contacted Scandia-Hus and worked with their in-house architectural team to develop plans for a contemporary home.
The finished four-bedroom property is 2,000 square foot arranged over two floors. The exterior is an interesting mix of materials, including timber cladding and black render, giving a unique and contemporary look.
